Privacy
Otherpath Ltd runs one website and one waiting list. This page says what that means for your data, in the plainest terms we can manage.
Who we are
Otherpath Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17347090, at 3 Maple Road, Gravesend, England, DA12 5JR. For anything on this page, write to hello@otherpath.co.uk.
What we collect
If you join the waiting list, we collect your email address and the date you submitted it. That is all. We do not ask for your name, and there is nothing else in the form.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and reliability.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address for exactly one thing: to tell you when the Noum beta is open to you. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your address.
We will not sell your address, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
To be completed before launch. The waiting list is handled by an email provider acting as our processor, and this section must name them and say where they store data before the form goes live. If that provider is outside the UK, the transfer safeguards belong here too.
The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until the beta opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Noum is shelved, we delete the list rather than keep it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@otherpath.co.uk and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason for deletion.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and date it. Last updated 19 July 2026.
